网络语言指电子计算机"原创"并通过网络传播的言语作品中的语言。网络语言对外渗透即网络语言进入到网络以外的语言环境,在非网络环境中使用。渗透分为两种情况:一是在非网络环境中谈及与网络、电脑有关的事物时不得不运用网络语言;二是在非网络环境中谈及与网络、电脑无关的事物时有意借用网络语言提高表达效果。网络语言对外渗透的语言成分主要包括网络创造的新词和在网络上产生新义的固有词。对这种渗透要正确引导和规范,利用其正面影响促进当代汉语的发展。

By web language it is here referred to the one using words "originally created" by electronic computers and it gets spread via web.And the outward infiltration of web language is the use of web language by entering the language environment other than that of the web.There are to aspects of the infiltration:one being the indispensable use of the language in non-web environment in talking about things having to do with web and computers;the other being the use of the language in non-web environment in talking about things having no thing to do with web and computers,such use is for heightening the effect of expression.The outward infiltration web language elements mainly include the newly created web words and original words with new sense from the web.The infiltration should be correctly guided and normalized so as to use its positive influence to promote the development of contemporary Chinese.
