从符号系统的角度进行考察 ,网络语言符号可以分为可读的语言符号和非可读的副语言符号 ,而可读的语言符号包括汉字、汉语拼音、英文和数字四个符号系统。网络语言符号系统使用的基本特征是 ,不同系统的符号可以在同一平面上混合使用。网络语言的认知特征是 ,网络语言需要在不同的符号体系之间进行心理认知的跳跃与联想 ,要超出常规的系统与规范
Abstract：Viewed from the perspective of symbolism, web language can be divided into pronounceable language symbols and non pronounceable subsidiary language symbols. The pronounceable include 4 symbolisms of Chinese characters, phonetic letters, English and numerals. It is typical of application of web language symbolism that symbols of different systems can be mixedly used on the same plane. And it is cognitively typical of the web language that between different symbolisms there are psychologically cognitive skip and association that are beyond regular system and norm.
